Guidelines and rules for requesting a refund on the SnipeDomains platform.

1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller SnipeDomains's Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle.com processes all payments, handles tax collection, provides all customer service inquiries related to payments, and handles returns/refunds.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with SnipeDomains. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within the first 30 days of your initial purchase.
3. Subscription Renewals
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds are generally not provided for mid-cycle cancellations or renewed subscriptions unless required by applicable law.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 30-day window, you can either:
- Contact Paddle directly using the link in your invoice email.
- Contact our support team at support@snipedomains.com with your order number. We will work with Paddle to process your request promptly.
5. Abuse of the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refunds to users who abuse this policy, such as repeatedly purchasing and requesting refunds to access the tool for free, or violating our Terms of Service (e.g., automated scraping).
