By accessing or using the SnipeDomains website, Chrome extension, and services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnipeDomains provides domain analysis, intelligence tools, and sniping services designed to assist users in identifying and acquiring high-value expired or expiring domains. The Service includes AI-powered scoring, historical data analysis, and browser-based extensions.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Subscription & Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription (e.g., Starter, Pro, and Agency tiers). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as specifically outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, algorithms, and tools provided by SnipeDomains are the property of SnipeDomains or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or professional domain investing purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated systems to extract data from the Service without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
• Bypass any security measures used to prevent or restrict access to the Service.
• Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

7. Domain Acquisition Disclaimer

SnipeDomains provides tools to assist in domain identification, but we do not guarantee the success of any domain "snipe," registration, or purchase attempt. Domain markets are highly competitive and are subject to third-party registrar and registry protocols beyond our control.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

SnipeDomains shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to financial losses related to domain acquisitions or missed investment opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
